Fantastic view of the North Sea!
One-room apartment in a prime location with a sea view!
Enjoy the afternoon sun and the fantastic sunset over the North Sea in the evening!
We offer you a 1-room non-smoking apartment (approx. 34 sqm) on the 2nd floor with a fantastic sea view and west-facing loggia (afternoon sun/sunset, incl. balcony furniture and cushions) for 2 people.
From the hallway with a wardrobe and kitchenette, you can access the combined living/sleeping room (with access to the loggia and direct sea view) and the new shower room/WC.
The combined living/sleeping room consists of a cozy seating area (2-seater sofa), a double Murphy bed, a dining area, a cable flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and a DVD player.
The very modern and bright shower room/WC also has a towel dryer and a hairdryer.
The kitchenette has a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are part of the basic equipment.
There is a free hotspot in the building accessible to all apartments (no guarantee).
