The apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor you will find the living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a large bright living room and a bathroom.
On the first floor, the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa offers comfort and functionality: air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and environments designed to ensure privacy and relaxation. The villa is located in the Lecce countryside, halfway between the baroque city and the beaches of San Cataldo on the Adriatic (Villaggio del Sole). The center of Lecce is 7 km away, while San Cataldo is 4 km away.
