With a design from 2004, this accommodation includes reversible air conditioning in the living room, a television with French TNT channels, and a semi-covered terrace.
It is perfect for a family, with one bedroom equipped with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a convertible sofa in the living room.
The toilet is separate from the shower room for added convenience.
Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), and a dining area. ` Activities and services : This place is a paradise for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.
Just a few meters away, you will find a small natural beach ideal for canoeing, kayaking, or paddleboarding, as well as a second supervised beach where swimming is very pleasant.
The area is also perfect for walking or cycling.
For children, there is an inflatable structure and a playground available.
Finally, the accommodation offers a fresh bread service, pastries, a bar, ice creams, and a small snack/pizzeria with a terrace. ` Discovery of the region : Located on the edge of the Berre pond, you will have access to numerous activities and discoveries.
