Carefully managed by a young couple, First floor: Family room “The Angels' Nest”: Ideal for stays with family or friends, this room features three adjoining bedrooms.
It includes one queen-size bed (160x200cm), one double bed (140x190cm), and one single bed (90x190cm). Private bathroom with shower and bathtub, and private toilet. “Ebony Suite”: Spacious and elegant, this suite offers a relaxing lounge area.
It includes one king-size bed (180x200cm), a private shower room, and a private toilet. 2nd floor: "La Grenade" and "L'Aurore" rooms: Nestled under the eaves, these two cozy rooms are equipped with a 160x200 bed and have a private bathroom integrated into the room, including a sink, shower and toilet. Located near the dual carriageway, the house offers quick and easy access to major tourist attractions: Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, and Mont-Saint-Michel.
A real advantage for travelers looking to optimize their travel and make the most of each day. A slight noise level may be noticeable at times, but this is more than compensated for by the easy access and comfortable accommodations. Outside, you'll appreciate the landscaped garden with its garden furniture and terrace where homemade breakfasts are served as soon as the weather warms up. These delicious moments can be enjoyed in the dining room or outdoors, depending on the season. You'll have access to the heated swimming pool (26°C), open from May to September (dimensions: 12 x 6 m, depth up to 3 m), during the indicated hours.

Superbe gîte avec tout le confort et activités. Grande maison, grand jardin, grande piscine, … le plus, c’est l’espace. Avec un accueil des propriétaires à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner au top. Je recommande pour un séjour, une étape, un événement familiale nécessitant des chambres d’hôtes.

Très bon accueil, Julien et Mélanie sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, avec mention spéciale pour le gâteau au chocolat. Nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir jouer au billard au coin du feu. Merci pour cette halte à 2 pas de Saint Malo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mélanie et Julien. La chambre est très confortable, la literie de qualité et la salle de bain spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié.Mélanie et Julien ont été très accueillants, répondants à toutes nos questions et pleins de petites attentions !Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
