Die Nähe zum Meer. Von Warnemünde kann man sich toll in der Umgebung umsehen,da es sehr zentral liegt. Negativ: Die Parkplätze sowie Parkhäuser sind viel zu teuer.Außerdem sind diese oft viel zu weit weg von der Unterkunft (bei uns waren es knapp 2 Km).
