Spend your vacation in a stylish apartment in Warnemünde directly on the Old Stream and enjoy the perfect combination of maritime flair, central location, and modern comfort.
This sun-drenched 1-room vacation apartment on the first floor offers approximately 40 m² of space for 1–2 people and is ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea getaway. The bright living and sleeping area is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable double bed, a cozy seating area with views of passing ships, and a large recliner with Smart TV. Books and a HiFi stereo system provide additional relaxation. The highlight of the vacation apartment in Warnemünde is the generous balcony terrace with a direct view of the Old Stream and the harbor.
Watch ships, enjoy your morning coffee with a sea view, or end the evening with a sunset – here you will experience Warnemünde at its finest. The kitchen still shines in a charming white country house style – now with modern amenities: new sink, new dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven with grill function, new microwave, and a large fridge-freezer combination.
Additionally, it now offers significantly more storage space, providing even more comfort for your stay. The daylight bathroom impresses with a shower-bathtub, a washing machine with a dryer function, and underfloor heating – ideal for longer stays. The vacation apartment is located in a building with direct access to the Old Stream (Am Strom 114) as well as to the lighthouse and beach (Am Leuchtturm 10). You can conveniently reach both sides via a typical "Tüsche" (alleyway) – so the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach as well as the promenade with restaurants, cafés, and maritime shops are just a few steps away. Arrival by car is possible to the house at specific times (6–10 AM, 1–3 PM, 6–10 PM). Parking is available in nearby multi-story car parks, e.g., at the Kurpark (approx. 500 m). Warnemünde train station is only about a 10-minute walk away – ideal for a relaxed arrival by train. Vacation on the Baltic Sea – central, comfortable, and with a sea view This vacation apartment in Warnemünde on the Old Stream is the perfect choice for couples or solo travelers seeking high-quality accommodation with a balcony, water view, and a prime location.
You will also have a unique view of the Hanse Sail directly from the balcony.

Very good

NewToller, erholsamer Urlaub.
