TheRESIDENCE Trogir is located in the heart of the old town of Trogir, a small island in Croatia, once a fortress, also known as "museum town". Traditional Dalmatian streets full of restaurants, bars and small shops will lead you to the Main Square and the Cathedral.
The 160 sqm apartment has a private 150 sqm rooftop terrace with deckchairs and lounge area. Apartment is located on the second floor of an old stone house from 1928, initially built by the current owner's great-grandfather.
It has now been renovated by people who appreciate the property's aesthetics and the surroundings' authenticity. The 160 sqm apartment has a private 150 sqm rooftop terrace with deckchairs and lounge area. The property has three bedrooms, king-size beds, a Playstation room with a 42-inch LED/LCD TV, two bathrooms, and a toilet.
