Gîte Jolia is set in the countryside, at the heart of an organic wine and olive estate, just 3 km from Nyons.
It is adjacent to the Apivita cottage and the owner’s residence.
Each accommodation is independent, with its own entrance and private outdoor space.
The access road is unpaved but fully accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle.
A shaded parking area is located 10 meters from the house.
Jolia is a newly built 65 m² duplex, designed by an architect for optimal comfort.
The ground floor features a living room and fully equipped kitchen; upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom.
Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, new bedding with duvet, and weekly rentals include sheets.
The terrace, right by the vineyards, offers panoramic views of the Pre-Alps, Mont Ventoux, and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
This shaded, peaceful space is perfect for relaxing.
The 10 x 5 meter pool with steps is shared between the two cottages and the owner, located just below.
The pool area also has sun loungers, a shaded spot, and views of Mont Ventoux.

War een plek, Heerlijke ruimte in en om de Gite. Een architectonisch hoogstandje,.
Tot rust komen met uitzicht 0p de wijngaard. een boek lezen of genieten van het zwembad, Hier kan het allemaal
Helène en Daniel zien wij als de gezellige gastheer/ vrouw. Hulpvaardig en ondanks de taal barrière was er een goed contact
Wij kijken terug op een fantastische vakantie

Chaleureux accueil d'Hélène et Daniel dans leur gîte paisible,confortable et bien équipé. L'environnement de vignes et d'oliviers est reposant et on profite d'une vue dégagée jusqu'au mont Ventoux. Nyons et ses commerces sont à 5 mn. Excellent point de départ pour visiter la Drôme provençale avec ses petits villages perchés. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs conseils.

Mooie, ruime gîte. Comfortabel en modern ingericht. Complete uitrusting. Heel rustig gelegen. Tussen de wijngaarden en met geweldig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.
Beau logement spacieux. Confortable dans un mobilier moderne. Equipement complet. Endroit très calme. Entre les vignes et avec une vue magnifique. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
