Located in Cassis, this spacious 41 m² loft accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 mezzanine bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The mezzanine bedroom features a 160 cm bed overlooking the pool.
On the ground floor, the living room offers a 140 cm sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, microwave, mini oven, electric grill, coffee makers, kettle, washing machine, and TV. The loft provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, separate toilet, and a walk-in shower.
Note: The air conditioning is on the mezzanine and has a fan mode that circulates air throughout the loft.
An extra fan is available on request for added comfort. Enjoy a private garden with exotic plants and a covered terrace.
The pool is shared only with the owner, whose apartment is at the opposite end of the property.
Around the pool, you’ll find tables, chairs, parasols, loungers, and shaded armchairs.
The pool is secured with an electric cover. A private garage is available at the entrance.
The underground garage fits vehicles up to 1.75 m high; taller vehicles can park outside.
One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and the loft is not suitable for young children or non-swimmers. The loft is on a quiet street by the river, 250 m from the port and beaches, offering a peaceful setting where only cicadas will wake you. The property is fully fenced and secure, ideal for Marseille-Cassis race participants, with easy access to the last refreshment point in the nearby public garden.

Great place to be with small dog, pool is great two. 5 minutes center and beach. We are considering to book the house next year.
