This is not included in the travel price and will be billed additionally upon booking. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our holiday home is located near the city center of Wismar (approx. 10 minutes on foot), and the island of Poel is about 8 km away.
Shops, a bakery, a bus stop, and a gas station are in the vicinity (3 minutes on foot).
Your car can be parked directly in front of the holiday home.
There are many sights in and around Wismar. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue area on the paved courtyard are available for you at the holiday home.
Our non-smoking holiday home (approx. 45 m² for 4 people) is divided into a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and on the upper floor (via a spiral staircase) the 1st bedroom and 2nd bedroom. GROUND FLOOR - Fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area (including toaster, 2-burner stove, small oven, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, table with 4 chairs, microwave) - Bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, and toilet - Living room with a seating area consisting of an armchair, table, cabinet, as well as a satellite TV and radio UPPER FLOOR (via spiral staircase) - 1st bedroom with 2 single beds - 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds - Travel cot and high chair Both bedrooms are separated by a curtain.
WLAN internet is available! A cozy seating set is available for you to use outdoors all year round.
We are happy to provide a grill if needed.
Smoking is of course permitted here.
A parking space and lockable storage facilities for your bicycles are available.
Pets are not allowed.

Wer zwei Schlafzimmer anbietet, sollte auch zwei Schlafzimmer haben. Keine Türen, eine steile Hühnerleiter, für Schnarcher, Sex , Kinder und Ältere Wohnung ungeeignet. Freisitz eher ungeeignet, wie Bahnhofsvorplatz.

Gemütlich, sehr sauber, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, ruhige Lage aber trotzdem in Zentrumnähe.
