You will be welcomed by an open kitchenette in the entrance area.
Here you will find a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. You can enjoy cozy meals together at the separate dining area and delight in the Baltic Sea view. From the living/sleeping/dining area, you have direct access to the spacious corner balcony (northeast + northwest) with garden furniture.
Here you can enjoy the sun, the sea air, and the wonderful view. The combined sleeping and living area is practically and comfortably furnished: The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (180x200m) and a wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe.
The comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV ensure a relaxing movie night. The tiled bathroom offers a shower and toilet, also with a window offering a Baltic Sea view. Special Features This holiday home, surrounded by the Baltic Sea, is a non-smoking apartment.

On the underground parking level, there is a shared laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
