**Features**
The 4-room vacation apartment "Denise" on the 1st upper floor spans approximately 80 m² across two living levels and offers modern amenities for 5 guests + one infant.
The rooms are comfortably and harmoniously furnished for your well-being.
The open-plan living and dining area on the first living level, as well as the bright living area with direct access to the large furnished southwest-facing balcony, invite you to relax.
The large TV and DVD player ensure your multimedia entertainment.
The kitchenette is comfortably equipped with a stove with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and many other useful utensils.
A large dining area invites you to enjoy meals together.
The bedroom on the same floor is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe.
The spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub, an almost floor-level shower (1cm height), washbasin, and toilet offers ample space for the family.
The window provides pleasant natural light and facilitates ventilation after showering.
An open wooden spiral staircase leads from the living/kitchen area to the attic.
Here on the upper living level – in the attic – 2 more bedrooms await you, dear guests: The guest/children's room offers 3 single beds (each 90x200cm) and a chest of drawers for your clothes.
From this room, you can access another small separate room for our youngest guests.
This room features a fixed wooden cot with a mattress and changing table, as well as a small wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The room is equipped with a stair gate. **Special Features** The non-smoking vacation apartment, furnished to be allergy-friendly, is ideal for families.
A high chair is also included.
The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for a fee.
The lower area of the apartment is additionally equipped with external roller shutters.
WLAN: yes, free of charge.
Parking: 1 free outdoor parking space to the right of the house.
Grilling: allowed with an electric grill (grill is not provided).
Pets: not allowed. **Bicycles** There is a storage shed on the property where you can safely store your bicycles, etc.
You will also find a wagon here, dear guests, which you can use free of charge.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner "way2bike" at Ostseeallee 15a.
Rental fees depend on the rental duration and bicycle type.
This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as wagons and more.
You are also welcome to use their pick-up and drop-off service to/from the holiday property.
Our guests receive a 10% discount here! Information on bicycles & wagons: Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume liability for the provided wagon or cover costs for any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement units if it is defective, does not meet your needs, or is unavailable at the moment.
The wagon is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, it takes us at least a week to fix the damage or even procure a replacement. **Booking Information** The price is valid for occupancy by two people, including ancillary costs.
Each additional guest aged 4 years and older will be charged per night, including bed linen.

Die Wohnung war top und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Tolle Fußbodenheizung. Nur das WLan ist mies. Sollte man wissen, wenn man Kinder hat, oder es für die Arbeit braucht.
