The sleeping arrangements consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
The living area is furnished in a country house style with a seating area, dining table, color TV, and hi-fi system. The kitchen with a 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher is integrated into the living area.
The floor is tiled.
A shower room/WC completes the cozy apartment. Pets are allowed.
You have a sea view from the north-facing balcony. Parking space no. 26 is available for you in the underground garage.
The parking spaces are double parking spots.
Please ensure your car is not longer than 5.00 m, wider than 1.90 m, and does not exceed a height of 1.50 m, to avoid any inconvenience during your stay.
The maximum permissible weight is 2000 kg.
Roof boxes, bike racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering. Depending on availability, an outdoor parking space may be arranged as an alternative to the underground parking space in exceptional cases.
If these are already occupied, only a paid solution in a public car park would be possible.
If the vehicle matches the dimensions of the original parking space in the underground garage upon arrival, we will withdraw from the commitment for the outdoor parking space. Please note that in the high season, continuous booking is required.
The minimum stay over New Year's is 4 nights. Both utility costs and the car parking space are already included in the overnight price.

Es war ein ruhiges, sauberes Appartement. Der Blick vom Balkon war super. Das Haus ist recht gemütlich. Im Appartement hat man klare angenehme Luft, nicht wie sonst oft chemische Ausdünstungen durch neue Möbel. Die Wahl der Einrichtung ist somit gelungen. Klasse, dass ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu gehört!
