Recently renovated, this bright, air-conditioned studio can accommodate up to 3 people.
The studio is located on the second floor (no elevator) and comprises : - a bright living area with a 140 cm double sofa bed and a single bed, - an attractive terrace with sea views, - a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and dining area, - bathroom with shower and WC, - Washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers, - TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi, - Air conditioning, - Secure parking.
