On sunny days, enjoy the two furnished terraces: on the front deck, a thatched roof and a high table for enjoying drinks in the sun, and at the rear, a garden lounge shaded by a shade sail, ideal for relaxing after a stroll.
Two bicycles are available, including an electric one, so you can cycle freely along the bike path bordering the canal.
House & grounds
A local atmosphere is guaranteed: every Friday evening, a showboat brings the port to life with its performances.

The famous Bikini concert hall is just 1.5 km away, and the Parc de Cinquante, the city's green lung, is within walking distance on the other side of the canal.
Between land and water, L'Escapade lives up to its name!
Ideal for a romantic getaway, a relaxing break, or an original way to discover Toulouse, this houseboat combines originality, comfort, and a change of scenery.

Sylvie, Aug 2026
Pour une première fois, des vacances sur une péniche "Gites de France", une réussite. Un lieu très paisible. Une péniche assez spacieuse, confortable. Les propriétaires très gentils, et très agréable.
