Located in the tranquil residential area of Cala Canyelles, between the charming coastal towns of Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, and just a 15-minute walk from the beach, Villa La Salada is an elegant villa offering everything you need for a truly relaxing getaway.

We have personally and lovingly renovated and equipped the villa, ensuring it meets the highest standards of comfort and functionality, creating the perfect holiday home for an unforgettable stay. VILLA LAYOUT The villa boasts a very practical layout, with most of the main living areas situated on the ground floor, offering convenience and ease of access. The property is accessed via the pool area and terrace, where you will find a large private swimming pool (12 x 3 meters) surrounded by sun loungers.
The outdoor space also includes a chill-out area, as well as an outdoor dining area under a wooden pergola, beautifully lit in the evenings (under construction). A stone charcoal BBQ is located next to the dining area. Inside, the villa offers a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with a Smart TV, a large sofa, and a dining table, plus a separate guest toilet.
The living room has direct access to the terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. FIRST FLOOR The first floor features four bedrooms and three bathrooms: - Family bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bunk beds, with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. - Double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) (which can be joined or separated), with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - Double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). - Family bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bunk beds. The latter two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, located in the hallway. The Villa was nice and just as pictured with stunning views. I stayed in a group of 14, we fit comfortably and really enjoyed our stay overall. Iti is conveniently only a 15/20 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi to town.

We had a great stay in the villa, which was exactly like in the pictures. The view is beautiful and the centre of Lloret takes only 10 minutes by taxi.
