There is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a tennis court, a football field and a restaurant where Umbrian dishes are served several times a week, prepared with homemade products such as honey, cheese, olive oil and meat from Chianina cattle.

In addition, activities are organised, such as pizza evenings, tastings, cheese making, cooking courses (on reservation) and breakfast delivered daily to your apartment at an additional cost.

A variety of farm animals live on the property and there are opportunities for horse riding.

The location is ideal for trips to both Umbria and Tuscany.

Visit the charming Città della Pieve (8 km), Lake Trasimeno with Castiglione del Lago, or drive towards Tuscany for cities such as Montepulciano and Siena.

The autostrada is quickly accessible, without noise pollution, making it easy to explore the region.
