The kitchen corner is practically furnished with a 4-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and a moka (Italian coffee maker). There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed. There are two bathrooms each with a shower and toilet.

Outside, the apartment has a covered private terrace with panoramic views, a nice place to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Here is a swimming pool with panoramic views, a volleyball court and a table tennis table for shared use. For children there is playground equipment in the shade of the trees and in the evening you can use the communal barbecue.
