The kitchen corner is practically furnished with a 4-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker and a moka (Italian coffee maker). There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

The bathroom is suitable for disabled people.

Outside, the apartment has a covered private terrace, a nice place to enjoy the peace and the view.

Here is a swimming pool with panoramic views, a volleyball court and a table tennis table for shared use. For children there is playground equipment in the shade of the trees and in the evening you can use the communal barbecue.
