Situated in a tranquil and family-friendly environment, and just a 300-meter walk from the spectacular Cala Galdana beach, this villa is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the authentic Mediterranean.
With accommodation for eight people, the villa is spread over two floors and offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay: a private pool, air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, four double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living-dining room, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a laundry room, a terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue.

Surrounded by nature, very close to the sea, and just a short walk from the famous Camí de Cavalls, Villa Stella Maris has been recently renovated to offer modern, practical spaces designed for enjoyment. **Villa Layout** Upon entering, a welcoming hall greets you.
To the right is the first double bedroom, equipped with two single beds, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning.
Next to it is a modern and spacious bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Just beside it is a well-equipped toilet.
To the left are the stairs leading to the upper floor.
On this same floor is the kitchen, recently renovated and in a modern, open style.
It is fully equipped with everything you need for meals with family or friends: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, full dinnerware, and a practical table with chairs.
The living-dining room is a spacious, bright area perfect for relaxing.
It features a table for all diners, two comfortable sofas, a television, and direct access to the balcony, where a charming chill-out area awaits, ideal for enjoying the sunset. The upper floor houses the other three double bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and access to the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy the tranquility of the area.
The other two bedrooms, both with two single beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning, offer comfort and space.
On this floor, you will also find a second modern bathroom with a large shower tray and hairdryer.
There is also a large and modern walk-in closet. Outside, the villa offers a fantastic private pool area surrounded by a terrace, barbecue, and garden furniture.
Sun loungers, an umbrella, and an outdoor table allow you to take advantage of Menorca's good climate and enjoy outdoor meals and evenings.
