Security deposit To facilitate your arrival and in accordance with Campilo's guidelines, you will be asked to pay your deposit online via an email received before your arrival.
This must be paid approximately 10 days before the start of your stay, via the SWIKLY partner platform, to the value of €200.
This deposit is made by a simple credit card imprint and is not debited from your account.
The system is completely secure, easy to use and does not affect your bank account limit.
This deposit will be cancelled by the campsite after your departure, provided that the accommodation is left clean and after deduction of any compensation for damage, unpaid services or loss of keys given to you on arrival.
To pay the deposit via SWIKLY, you need to send your e-mail directly to the campsite, to the address given on your travel document.
This online deposit is easy to use and allows you to check in quickly on the day of your arrival, so you don't have to wait too long at reception for the keys to be handed over.

If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation.
It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people.
Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted. - Sheets and towels not included. - All optional services must be booked and paid for before your departure by contacting the campsite directly, subject to availability. - All taxes and charges must be paid on site.
