Saras Wine Chalet, with 55 sq m of living space, is flooded with light, on one level, and barrier-free, offering 2-4 people an exclusive stay with top amenities and a private terrace overlooking the large garden and the outdoor pool.
Individually controllable underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms cater to your personal comfort needs.
The bedroom features a high-quality box spring double bed (180x200), tastefully coordinated quality bedding, a large electric fireplace, TV system, and ample closet space for personal belongings, ensuring a restful sleep and stay.
The adjoining living-dining room with an integrated kitchen completes the offering.
The living room has an exclusive leather sofa, super comfortable for sitting and relaxing, which can be transformed into an additional full-sized sleeping space in no time (for stays with 4 people). The sofa bed has a slatted frame and good mattresses (160 x 200), offering more than "just" a sofa bed. You can also sleep and dream wonderfully here with a view of the illuminated garden.
The living room is equipped with a high-tech TV system for Dolby Surround cinema experiences; you'll need to provide your own popcorn and drinks. The dining area features a beautiful natural wood table and four comfortable cantilever chairs – perfect for dining, conversation, or playing one of the provided board games. The kitchenette includes top brand appliances and offers a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and of course, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), kettle (tea provided), toaster, blender, and much more, as well as high-quality, tasteful tableware, glassware, cooking utensils, and accessories.
You're ready to go :-) Dishwasher tabs, dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels, etc., are provided. Direct and indirect lighting creates a magical atmosphere in the chalet, whether at the dining area, in the living room, or throughout the chalet – just arrive, explore, enjoy, and relax. The bathroom – with wonderful fluffy towels and some lovely extras – offers pure wellness.
It features a wide, ground-level shower, a vanity, illuminated mirror, and a toilet, including hand soap, hairdryer, aromatherapy scents, toilet paper, etc. You have your own terrace and are welcome to spend your pleasant evenings outdoors.
A sun umbrella is available, as is a grill. Saras Wine Chalet is a non-smoking area.
Smoking is permitted outdoors; ashtrays are provided. Temporary parking directly in front of the chalet for loading and unloading luggage is permitted (play street), while permanent parking is available free of charge in the immediate vicinity (100 meters away). Upon arrival, please report to the main house (Villa Sara) / ring the bell; we appreciate a brief phone call in advance. The train station is 2 km away, a bus stop is 200 meters away, and Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is 45 km away.
Larger cultural cities like Mainz (Gutenberg) and Worms (Nibelungen Festival, book tickets in advance!) are easily reachable within 20 minutes by car or train.
A children's playground is 100 meters away. Arrival is possible between 3 PM and 5 PM. Departure is possible between 10 AM and 12 PM. Other arrival and departure times are always possible upon agreement.
