Saras Wine Chalet, with 55 sqm, flooded with light, on one level and barrier-free, offers an exclusive stay for 2-4 people with top amenities and a private terrace overlooking the large garden and the big outdoor pool.
Individually adjustable underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms cater to your personal comfort preferences.
The bedroom features a high-quality box spring double bed (180x200), tastefully coordinated quality bedding, a large electric fireplace, TV system, and ample closet space for storing personal belongings, ensuring a restful sleep and stay.
The adjacent living-dining room with an integrated kitchen completes the offering.
The living room has an exclusive leather sofa, super comfortable for sitting and relaxing, which can be quickly converted into an additional full-sized sleeping space (for bookings with 4 people). The sofa bed features a slatted frame and good mattresses (160 x 200), making it more than "just" a sofa bed. You can also sleep and dream wonderfully here, with a view of the illuminated garden.
The living room is equipped with a high-tech TV system enabling Dolby Surround cinema; you'll need to provide your own popcorn and drinks. The dining area features a beautiful natural wood table and four comfortable cantilever chairs – perfect for enjoying meals, conversation, or playing one of the available board games. The kitchenette includes top brand appliances and offers a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and of course, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), kettle (tea provided), toaster, blender, and much more, as well as a high-quality, tasteful selection of truly sufficient and beautiful tableware, glasses, cooking utensils, and accessories.
You can get started right away :-) Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels, etc., are provided. Direct and indirect lighting creates a magical ambiance in the chalet, whether at the dining area, in the living room, or throughout the entire chalet – arrive, explore, enjoy, and relax. The bathroom – with lovely fluffy towels and a few nice extras – offers pure wellness.
There is a spacious, ground-level shower, a vanity, illuminated mirror, and a toilet, including hand soap, hairdryer, fragrance aromas, toilet paper, etc. You have your own private terrace and are welcome to spend your pleasant evenings outdoors.
A sunshade is available, as is a barbecue option. Saras Wine Chalet is a non-smoking area.
Smoking is permitted outdoors; ashtrays are provided. Temporary parking in front of the chalet for loading and unloading luggage is permitted (play street); permanent parking is available free of charge nearby (100 meters away). Upon arrival, please report to the main house (Villa Sara) / ring the bell.

The spacious garden (1200 sqm) with an outdoor pool (9 x 5 meters, open approx.
May-Oct) can be shared during your stay. Shopping facilities are within a 200-meter walk.
The train station is 2 km away, a bus stop is 200 meters away, and Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is 45 km away.
Larger cultural cities like Mainz (Gutenberg) and Worms (Nibelungen Festival, book tickets in advance!) are easily accessible by car or train in 20 minutes.
A children's playground is 100 meters away. The holiday home is a dream location for up to 4 guests.
We kindly ask for your understanding that no additional persons are permitted, not even in the outdoor area. Arrival is possible between 3 PM and 5 PM. Departure is possible between 10 AM and 12 PM. Other arrival and departure times are always possible upon prior agreement.
Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary. Key handover is done in person on-site or alternatively via a key box. You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival. Dear pets are allowed after consultation and on a case-by-case basis. Check-in is standard from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
