Nightingale Cottage is a welcoming semi-detached family holiday home set in the historic town of Stafford, offering a relaxed and comfortable base for families or friends keen to explore this well-connected corner of Staffordshire.
Walking distance to Stafford town centre and Stafford train centre.
Excellent road connections to the M6 and M6 Toll, the home provides easy access to Birmingham and Manchester.
It is also a short drive from Cannock, Stoke and Alton.
Pet-friendly and thoughtfully laid out, it suits both laid-back breaks and days filled with sightseeing, walking and eating out. Step inside and you’ll find a bright kitchen and sitting that naturally becomes the heart of the home.

Nightingale Cottage consists of a kitchen/sitting room with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, and electric fire, plus a dining room. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link) and two doubles, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, you’ll find an enclosed garden with patio and lawned area, and off-road parking. Two well-behaved Dogs welcome - Dogs must be at lest 1 year old and be fully house trained - Puppies can not be accepted. , but sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Nightingale Cottage is a lovely base for exploring Staffordshire. Good Housekeeping Bond 300 GBP. What a fantastic place! The attention to detail was second to none. Super dog friendly. Everything we might possibly need had been thought of. Absolutely recommend staying here for a mini break with dogs and friends.

Had a lovely 2 night stay while exhibiting at the Stafford Showground which is only a 5 minute drive away. Lots of treats and essentials provided for humans and dogs, super comfy beds and accomodation, and lots of info on local eateries and attractions , even a text message on road closures. Will definitely be booking again

A lovely property, ideally located for exploring Stafford centre and the surrounding countryside. The house is spacious, cosy, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host is particularly helpful and really knowledgeable of the area. Would stay again.
