This small rural house is located in the village of Camoca, just five kilometres from the municipal capital of Villaviciosa, in a very peaceful and rural setting.
Behind the house there is a small garden with a barbecue area, a table and enough seats for outdoor dining.
The house consists of two floors and can accommodate two to four people.
The living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and a small sofa is open to the kitchen and separated from it only by a counter.
There is a dining table with six chairs.
There is also a TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances, as well as plenty of crockery.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
