The new and comfortable flat is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private terrace covered by a magnificent pergola and equipped with a table and benches at the entrance.the kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, outside window, bidet, toilet, wardrobe, two towels per person are available, the flat offers a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area consists of the dining and living area. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs, a coat hanger. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection.

The golf course 4 km, tennis courts 1 km.the location is sunny and quiet in the middle of nature.the beaches nearby are of different types, sandy, pebble, concrete, rocky, to satisfy every taste and need. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the summer days. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air thanks to the area's pine forests, nature and tranquillity.
