Beautiful old flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse, built around 1903, on the 3rd floor.
There is a lift which can be reached after 7 steps. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a living room/bedroom.
As is usual in the old Viennese town houses, there is a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub.
The WC is located in a separate room. In the large bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 metres wide, in the smaller room a double bed 1.40 metres wide. The living room has a dining table and a seating area, which can also serve as a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bay window with a high table and 2 bar stools.
