The big holiday apartment with a fireplace is in a modernised farmhouse on the island Usedom.
The surroundings have a rural character and the house stands alone.

It has three bedrooms each for two people, two of which have a double bed, the third a bunk bed. The kitchen has a built-in kitchen unit and a sitting corner and is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, four-ring ceramic hob. The cosy living room with a fireplace stove also has satellite TV, a DVD player, radio/CD. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and there is also a washing machine. The old modernised farmhouse is on a large site with a grill area, campfire area, climbing frame, seating groups etc. that you are welcome to use. Parking spaces are available.
You can have breakfast in the generous garden or enjoy the morning sun on the terrace.
The large lawn invites you to enjoy badminton or frisbee and children can run around and play.
You can sunbathe undisturbed and relax in the fresh air in private seclusion.
