The villa spreads across 230 m² of interior living space and comfortably hosts up to eight guests in four beautifully designed bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed for restful nights. With five full bathrooms - four with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub - mornings stay smooth even for larger groups.
Inside, the open-plan layout centres around a fully equipped modern kitchen and a generous living-dining area, where shared breakfasts and long evening meals unfold naturally.
Comfortable interiors, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and thoughtful amenities such as parking ensure everyday ease.
Outdoors
Outdoor living becomes the heart of the stay. A private swimming pool sits within a landscaped garden, framed by sun loungers and shaded corners for quiet breaks from the sun. Guests can enjoy dinners on the terrace, friendly competitions at the table tennis area, or active mornings in the private fitness room.
The on-site sauna adds another layer of relaxation after beach days or workouts.

Just a short walk from the shoreline, Villa Stone Bliss brings together the character of traditional Dalmatian stone architecture with the comfort of modern luxury. Set on a private 450 m² parcel near the Adriatic coast, this spacious villa is designed for guests who want to stay close to the sea while enjoying the privacy and calm of their own retreat.
With the beach just 700 metres away, a restaurant practically next door, and Dubrovnik Airport within easy reach, the location balances convenience with seclusion.
This villa is best suited for travellers seeking a walk-to-the-sea location, generous interior space, wellness facilities, and a high standard of comfort - without relying on busy resorts. It’s a solid choice for families or groups who want coastal access, privacy, and full-featured living in one refined setting.

Ivana and Antonio's home was beautiful yet very comfortable and cozy. We felt like we were at home. They made several recommendations and they had a driver that was quite helpful. They are really both such nice people. We hope to some day visit and stay with them again. We made some very beautiful family memories.
