It accommodates 5 people with a double bed, a single folding bed (openable) and a double sofa bed. It is located in the ancient heart of Ferrara, the Castrum, also known as Castello dei Curtensi. A 5 min walk from the oldest part of the Walls (Via del Baluardi) and 10 min from the Estense Castle, it is the ideal base for experiencing the city in the most authentic way. Kitchen equipped with traditional oven, gas hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, various utensils and dining table. NIGHT AREA: double bed, single folding bed (openable) and wardrobe. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, air conditioning. PETS: Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. MOVEMENTS: - From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9 to "Giovecca Montebello" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property; - From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi; - The property is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in viale Baluardi and via XX Settembre, just a few minutes on foot from the property. The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in. USEFUL INFORMATION: Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F).
