We offer seven comfortable apartments in various sizes, accommodating up to seven people.
All apartments are equipped with fully furnished kitchens and new bathrooms featuring a shower and toilet.
Apartments on the upper floors also boast one or two balconies with dreamlike views, while ground-floor apartments have a sun terrace. Our Oswald property is located in the center of Ellmau, within immediate proximity to shops and restaurants.
The chapel park, tennis courts, and children's playground are also just a few minutes' walk away.
Our guests receive a 30% green fee discount at the Wilder Kaiser golf course. Even in winter, the house is always easily accessible by car. Local ski schools, practice lifts, and the cross-country ski trail are conveniently reachable on foot.
The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house. A free parking space is available for each apartment directly at the house or in our carport (reservations possible). Please note that pets are explicitly welcome at our Oswald property (max. 1 per apartment; only in bed with your own bedding). If you prefer not to have pets in the house, we recommend our sister property, Appartements Hubenhof, where you can enjoy your holiday directly in the town center without pets. Ein sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage
mitten im Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Es war alles blitz blank sauber und alles da was man braucht. Haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden.
