The apartment has a good floor plan and is practically furnished. An open wardrobe in the entrance area, large dining/living room, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom with double washbasin, separate WC with washbasin, WLAN and cable TV are available. A ski room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the house. Bicycles, skis and ski boots can be stored in the ski room. A garage with forecourt belongs to the apartment. It is a 4 minutes walk to the bus station, 5 minutes to the village center and 7 minutes to the lake. The apartment can only be rented to young people when accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed in the apartment and smoking is not permitted.

A baby crib is available in the apartment (children up to 2 years) and is available on request.

The double bedroom (2 mattresses) and the twin bedroom (single bed 90 cm wide and a french bed, 1.20 cm wide). An additional crib is available. Wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and double washbasin. Separate wet room with toilet and washbasin. South-facing balcony 8 m2, garden furniture, unobstructed view of the mountains.
