It has a very cosy interior, fully equipped and decorated with attention to detail, to provide comfort and meet all your needs.
The living room is bright and elegant, with well-crafted traditional design details that lend the space a unique character. The ceiling features beautiful painted decorative details, and the objects have been selected to complement the Art Deco style perfectly. It also has a lovely timber dining table for you to enjoy delectable meals with your company.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an old-fashioned marble countertop and sink, and includes a contemporary coffee maker, making it perfectly suitable for cooking.
The primary bedroom has an antique iron double bed, and the secondary bedroom has a similar single bed.
The minimal bathroom is white and simple.
Outdoors
The private patio is ideal for dining, entertaining guests, sunbathing, and relaxing.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and patio, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

As for local sights close to the property there is the Clock Tower of Poros (700m) where you can get the best view from the entire island, the old Windmill (600m) and a bit further (less than 10 minutes by car) the Sanctuary of Poseidon (5km) from antiquity, and the Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi (3.5km) built in 1828.

L'accueil chaleureux et la présentation de l'appartement et de la maison.
L'espace généreux de toutes les pièces de l'appartement.

La luminosité dans l'appartement.
On ne peut rien y changer, mais dans la rue en dessous passent régulièrement des scooters qui vont vite, donc c'est un peu bruyant. Avec de nouvelles fenêtres, cela atténuera les nuisances sonores extérieures. À part les scooters, le voisinage est très calme.
De nouvelles fenêtres seront à prévoir également pour être mieux isolé aussi du vent ou de la fraîcheur (séjour en mars).
