Terrassa de Mar is a flat built in a semi-detached house of 62 m², totally exterior, without common areas or neighbours in the building, pets allowed and non-smoking. It is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and has a private terrace of 60 m². Located in the centre of the village of Masnou, 17 km from Barcelona, with attractive views of the port and fully equipped. 500 metres from the train station, with trains every 15 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, in the centre of Barcelona. Free parking.
The flat, built in 2010 and renovated in 2024, has natural light throughout the day, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV with satellite, free wifi, barbecue, washing machine and dryer. It is close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants, and thanks to its location and good communication, it is the ideal place to spend your holidays or even if you are travelling on business, to relax after a long working day. Free parking is available (reservation required).
The house is located in the centre of Masnou, in a pedestrian street, two minutes walk from the Ocata beach. There is a children's playground in the square where the house is located. Bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket 200 metres away. 500 metres from the train station, with trains every 15 minutes until midnight to Plaza Cataluña, in the centre of Barcelona. There is also a night bus available at the end of the train. Very close to the Circuit de Catalunya de Montmeló (Formula 1 and Moto GP) and Roca Village, a 700 m² outlet of big brands where you can do your best shopping.
