The house is located in Capo Vaticano in an area with an enchanting landscape. The surroundings are quiet and very beautiful for walking or admiring the landscape. The house is 150 metres from the panoramic path of the Capo Vaticano Lighthouse.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden with trees, flower beds and a spectacular panoramic view over the bay of Grotticelle.The garden is equipped with: lighting system, benches, fountain, outdoor table and chairs, table umbrella, and brick barbecue.To refresh yourself after a day at the beach or sunbathing, there is a convenient outdoor shower.The garden also has a parking area for the exclusive use of Villa del Capo.

Within a radius of 400 to 600 metres you can find different ice cream parlours, shops with typical products, souvenir shops, grocery shops, a tourist information centre, pizzerias and bars.
The house enjoys a unique view of the Grotticelle bay. This view is one of the most used to present Calabria to the world.From the house it is possible to reach the sea on foot via a dirt path that leads to an uncrowded beach.
