Discover the idyllic holiday studio, which offers a perfect holiday home for up to two people with its cosy veranda.
You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday on a living space of around 35 m². The studio skilfully combines a living room and bedroom with an integrated dining table, so you will immediately feel at home.
A separate mini-kitchen and a modern bathroom with WC and shower cubicle round off the offer.
For a perfect night's sleep, you can sleep in a comfortable double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. The interior of the studio fulfils both practical and aesthetic requirements.
The separate mini-kitchen is well equipped with a two-ring ceramic hob, a fridge, a filter coffee machine and an espresso pot, toaster and kettle. If you would like to start your day with a hearty breakfast, this service is available for an additional fee. For longer stays, a communal washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the building. Outside, the inviting terrace invites you to linger and relax.
The garden, which is for communal use, offers a picturesque setting for relaxing hours outdoors.
As the holiday studio is located on the property of the landlord, who lives in the same building, helpful assistance is never far away.
The detached holiday studio on the ground floor combines privacy with the accessibility and security of the surrounding properties. The location of the studio could hardly be better: Only 1000 metres separate you from the beach and the sea, so water sports and relaxing days by the sea are within easy reach.
