Welcome to La Placeta, a charming house in the heart of Los Llanos de Aridane. Located in the emblematic Calle Real, it combines traditional Canarian style with all the modern comforts, including free wifi, to make your stay a special one. Its wooden ceilings, antique tiled floors and light-filled interior courtyard create a unique atmosphere in which to relax and experience the true essence of the place.
The property, a house with more than a century of history distributed on one floor, has three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom being a cosy suite with private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom, ideal for families or groups of friends. The living-dining room is a very spacious room, while the fully equipped kitchen is inviting and offers everything you need: coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave, etc.
One of the most appreciated corners of this house is its interior patio, a space that fills almost the entire house with light, where you can read, share a coffee or relax in an intimate and quiet atmosphere.
The house has free wifi and TV, as well as a washing machine and iron, to make you feel at home.
In the surrounding area there is usually free street parking, although if you need it there is a paid car park about 10 minutes walk from the house.
Its location is unbeatable: in the middle of a pedestrian street, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, chemist, etc. All this without losing the tranquillity of Los Llanos.
