The flat is on the first floor of a 3-storey building, within the 'Antigua' residence. It is located in Fondachello di Mascali (Catania), about 30 metres from the beautiful beaches of Fondachello, in a quiet, refined area with little traffic. Restaurants, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, Pubs, Coffee shops and Shops, are all outside the residence and reachable in a few minutes on foot.
The residence is surrounded by a large communal garden with a swimming pool, children's playground, bowling green and entertainment corner, which are often organised in the summer. The balconies are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, two beach umbrellas. The entire residence is fenced off with an assigned parking space inside.
