he studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the Pignocco Country House, an ancient 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation. Situated in the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it is the ideal choice for those wishing to spend a holiday between the countryside and the beach, with the possibility of visiting the main historical and cultural locations in the Marche region.

Large garden with grove of pines, cypresses, laurels and wild vegetation.
Swimming pool reserved for guests of the farmhouse, set in a centuries-old olive grove, with deckchairs and sunbeds.

Designed for two people, it is furnished with care and details of character. A milk-white chandelier, salvaged from an antique market, illuminates the room.

An authentic stay:
The farmhouse, bought by our grandfather in 1952, was the family's country house for years. Today, thanks to the restoration work carried out by our father, it houses holiday flats with furniture restored by us owners or custom-made by local craftsmen.
