he studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the Pignocco Country House, an ancient 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation.
Situated in the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it is the ideal choice for those wishing to spend a holiday between the countryside and the beach, with the possibility of visiting the main historical and cultural locations in the Marche region.

We had a great stay at Pignocco. Cosey appartment, beautifull location, friendly staff. The only disadvantage was that there was a group of 10 people who were very loud at the pool. But despite this, we would definitively recommand this appartment.
