The floor and walls of the atrium, completely clad in local living stone, add a rustic and elegant touch to the house. On the ground floor, in addition to the living area, there is a hallway furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxation or as additional space for guests. The double bedroom, equipped with a private bathroom with shower, guarantees privacy and comfort, while the external white stone staircase leads to the upper floor. On the first floor, a large hallway gives access to a second bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The double bedroom is spacious and bright and consists of two single beds that can be joined, while the triple bedroom, suitable for families, offers ample space and comfort; two of the three beds can be joined to form a double bed. Both rooms overlook a large covered terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The private garden, accessible from the patio, is the perfect place to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. A small lemon tree and jasmine vines adorning the boundary walls create an intimate and fragrant atmosphere.
