Flat located in the historic centre of Gaeta with access from the medieval village and a large panoramic terrace with arches and a view of the ancient port of S. Maria, the Bay of Gaeta and the bell tower of the 12th-century cathedral of S. Erasmo.
With its wooden-beam ceiling and stylish furniture, the flat is particularly suitable for guests who appreciate the qualities of traditional spaces and the charm of historical residences, accompanied by an exceptional view of monuments and the historical landscape and a comfortable set of amenities.The flat consists of a living room with sofas and TV, a small kitchen, and a double bedroom, all with direct access to the terrace. There is also a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking the alley, a twin bedroom with a light socket from the entrance, and a separate bathroom with shower cubicle. The flat is suitable for a family of up to six people or for two couples of friends. The house is equipped with a television, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and fans. Pets allowed.
Terrace consists of a large living space, partly covered, equipped with tables, chairs, sofa, outdoor sink and barbecue.
Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. An assistant will meet the guests. Check in from 15.00 to 19.00.The house is located in the Limited Traffic Zone of Gaeta (ZTL). For our guests with cars, we provide a free of charge BLUE CAR PERMIT that allows both access to the ZTL and the possibility to park in all the "blue stripes" areas inside the ZTL. The permit is issued by our Assistants when the keys are handed over to you, subject to your notification 7 days in advance of arrival of the number plate and exact model of your car. Please note we can only provide ONE access/parking permit and the parking space can never be reserved/reserved. In case of arrival with two or more cars/motor vehicles, please contact us at least 7 days before arrival.
