The house is well situated in the centre of Cantabria, from where visitors can travel to admire the beautiful architecture of the valleys of Carmona, Mazcuerras, Cos, Santillana del Mar and Barcena Mayor, among others, where you can enjoy delicious traditional food.
In the large garden of 4000 m2 there is a swimming pool of 14 x 7 m. which includes another one for children of 9 m2, fenced as a security measure. Covered porch with barbecue.
