Beautiful villa with history, stately home built in 1910, overlooking the Vigo estuary and San Simón Island. This modernist style house is known when in the 20's of the last century it was the setting for different magazines and used for the film "Carmiña, flor de Galicia". Among its owners was the Vigo painter Elina Mólins Fernández Chao, sponsored by the painter Francisco Pradilla, one of the great Spanish painters of the 19th and 20th century, and years later it was owned by Gerardo Campos (president of Tranvías Eléctricos de Vigo) and visionary of the Rande bridge. It is one of the most special properties with the most personality in the area.
