This modern villa is on a quiet estate on a big site right by the beach.
The villa has a kitchen, a living and dining room, a separate WC and a laundry room on the ground floor, and four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen measures around 10m² and provides all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.
The living and dining room measures around 45m² and offers a lovely view of the sea. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.
The bathroom comprises a double washbasin, a shower and a WC. One bedroom has a double box spring bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the second has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, while the other two each have two single beds (80 x 200cm). You can dine outdoors in the 1750m² garden and enjoy the view.
If you go through the garden gate you are right by the beach. A highchair and a cot can be provided on request.
