I'm renting out this half-house that I've been renovating for a few years.
It uses natural, local, old materials and reuse as much as possible, while meeting today's minimum comfort standards.
It's set in a quiet hamlet where old stone houses are intertwined.
The dining room and mezzanine lounge look out over the sea and the moors of the Pointe du Raz, allowing you to enjoy the sunsets on those days (quite a few, after all!) when the sun does come out.
The master bedroom has a double bed and there are 3 beds on the 2nd level, under the eaves, including a pull-out bed and a bunk bed.
The 2 benches in the living room provide comfortable extra sleeping space if required.
I should point out that, given that the house has only recently been rented out, even though it is operational, the decoration and fittings are still being 'fine-tuned'.
The exteriors and vegetation have not yet reached their aesthetic maturity (especially as the adjoining part is still under construction and part of the land is devoted to it), but they are becoming a little more presentable every day.
This in no way prevents you from enjoying the peace and quiet and the views.
The prices on offer are subject to change and take this into account.
You'll be located not far from the centre of Plogoff and its shops (restaurants, organic grocery-café, bar), as well as the coastal path and one of those little harbours of refuge that the old-timers of Cap Sizun were so good at building.
