The holiday home, renovated in 2014, is located in a quiet residential area of the town of Colomiers, just 15 minutes from Toulouse.
The closed property has a landscaped Mediterranean garden and a private swimming pool of 11 x 4.5 m (depth 1.50 m). In front of the swimming pool, you can relax on two sun loungers with an umbrella.
Garden furniture is also available.
You can also park your car in the private outdoor car park.
