Smoking is not permitted in the flat, but is of course allowed on the balcony.
With the 40 MBit internet connection you are immediately online! The flat is cleaned every fortnight.
You can determine the time of cleaning when you move in. The flat is located in a quiet and green residential area.
Local amenities (grocery shops, petrol stations and McDonalds) are only a two to five-minute walk away.
