This very well-equipped holiday home is located in the Victoria complex in a traffic-free location.
The beach and promenade are 100 metres from the front door, ideal for families with children (max. 4 adults + 2 children). The Plage du Grazel beach is located on the lagoon, 3 other large beaches on the open sea are just a few minutes away from the residence.
Bars, restaurants and small shops are located on the 4 harbours and can be reached on foot via the beach promenade.
Gruissan Village, the old fishing village with its ruined Barberousse tower and small streets and the market are located directly behind the new marina. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with fitted kitchen, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and children's high chair.
The living room has a cosy sofa set with TV, DVD player, music system and WiFi router. 2 bedrooms for adults with double beds and the children's room with bunk beds are on the upper floor.
