The holiday apartment is in the north of Oberhausen, not far from the towns of Dinslaken, Duisburg, Essen and Bottrop. If you are looking for peace and quiet and seclusion then this apartment in the Sterkrade district is the right choice for you. It is in the attic of a two-family terraced house, on a road with no traffic and therefore very quiet.
The living space of around 64m² comprises two bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, a kitchen, a loggia and a bathroom. The living room is very large and has modern furnishing. There is plenty of space on the modern sofa, which can be converted into a bed. The living room includes a dining space for at least six people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and many other utensils. The daylight bathroom has a bath with a shower screen. There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (180 x 200cm, separate slatted frames and mattresses) and a wardrobe, the other with two single beds (100 x 200cm). Together with the sofa bed in the living room, six people can be accommodated. The furnishing is modern and comfortable. A flatscreen TV and a stereo system are provided and all the rooms have under-floor heating. The apartment has an ideal layout. All the rooms are accessible from the hallway. The apartment is suitable for family visits and workmen. A dog is welcome free of charge.
The apartment is non-smoking, except on the covered loggia sheltered from the rain. The loggia provides plenty of space to relax. There are parking spaces on the street.
Owing to the location, the apartment enjoys excellent transport connections with the A2/A3 a few minutes away. You can do shopping about 1.5km away and visit the many attractions of the Ruhr area such as the Metronom Theatre, the König Pilsener Arena, the Centro, Sealife or the Gasometer in Oberhausen or the Colosseum Theatre in Essen.
