Welcome to the Ferienhaus Hörnchen – your hideaway on the southern slopes of Hellenthal/Eifel.
Ideal for families and groups: lots of space, a panoramic view and total tranquillity.
Located directly on the edge of the Eifel National Park, you overlook the village and the surrounding forests.

Highlights: The animal park with its daily eagle flight show – the birds of prey often pass by our terraces – as well as the Olef dam with beautiful hiking trails leading to the famous daffodil meadows, among other things.
Inside, you will find plenty of space for up to 12 people: five comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, an additional bathtub and two separate toilets.
Next to the fully equipped kitchen is the cosy dining room.
In the large living room, three panoramic windows open up a breathtaking view of the village and the surrounding forests, while the modern wood-burning stove and oak parquet floor create a pleasant atmosphere – ideal for convivial evenings.
And if you want to experience something special:
our home cinema room in the living room, with 100-inch screen, Sonos Dolby Atmos system and comfortable seats, offers a real cinema atmosphere – perfect for group film nights.
Two large terraces – one adjoining the kitchen, the other on the upper floor – invite you to enjoy your first morning coffee with a view, or to end the day in peace.
The holiday home is entirely at your disposal during your stay – a non-smoking house, pet-free, quiet and ideal for a getaway.
Firewood for the stove is of course available free of charge.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und groß genug füŕ 12 Personen. Der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer und die großen Fenster waren für uns die Highlights. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Alle Großen und Kleinen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
