Chalet ToutBlanc is a stunning 230m² luxury family chalet inspired by the architectural spirit of Charlotte Perriand.
Nestled in a private 1,400m² south-facing garden directly facing Mont Blanc, the chalet offers breathtaking panoramic mountain views and exceptional natural light throughout the day. Ideally located just 9 km from Chamonix centre and only 5 minutes from Les Houches ski lifts, the property sits in an authentic and peaceful hamlet of mountain guides, with local shops and an excellent restaurant within walking distance. Designed to blend contemporary alpine architecture with traditional Savoyard warmth, Chalet ToutBlanc creates an intimate yet refined atmosphere combining elegance, simplicity and functionality.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing allows you to truly live the view, offering uninterrupted panoramas of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks. The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, including a large family master suite composed of two connecting rooms – ideal for families with children.
Each bedroom enjoys its own private bathroom and spectacular mountain views.
Premium bedding ensures exceptional comfort. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed for high-end catering, featuring two sinks, two refrigerators and a large Smeg range cooker.
A generous living space extends seamlessly onto a semi-covered terrace with movable wooden panels, creating changing light effects throughout the day. South-facing orientation guarantees maximum sunshine in both winter and summer.
