Grab your towel and head down to Ortigia's beautiful Cala Rossa beach and warm crystal clear water. This newly renovated and beautifully decorated one bedroom, ground floor apartment, is meticulously clean and steps from the beach. High ceilings and exposed antique stacked stone walls combine with modern conveniences and appliances. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Sunlight streams through the three sets of French doors and potted plants adorn the outside of this charming palazzo. You can step through the french doors and sit and enjoy the open water views.
An antique well was discovered during the renovation process. Beautiful antique terra cotta tiles found during the excavation of the well decorate the bathroom shower wall. One can see down into the well through the circular glass panel in the floor of the dining area.
